Purpose of the Job \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the effective collection of outstanding debt on behalf of our client, in strict compliance with Blake and Associates\u2019 policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tFollow prescribed scripts and maintain daily contact volumes to reduce arrears and meet performance targets set by management or the client.
\n\tDemonstrate urgency and professionalism when engaging with debtors, providing assistance and directing queries appropriately while preserving positive client relationships.
\n\tSupport business flexibility by assisting in other operational areas as required, in line with evolving business needs.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ NQF 4 or higher qualification
\n\tGrade 11 \u2013 (Must have at least 2 years work experience)<\/p>\n

\tManage Arrears Collections \u2013 Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments in line with company policies.
\n\tMaintain Accurate Records \u2013 Update and manage customer databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.

\n\tResolve Issues Promptly \u2013 Address queries and problems efficiently to maintain positive client relationships.
