marketing plan<br \/>\n\tImplement and align marketing plan with regional\u00a0plan and submit to management<br \/>\n\tReview and update strategic plan on a regular basic<br \/>\n\tCompile report on progress made on strategic plan<br \/>\n\tCommunicate strategic plan to sales representatives<\/p>\n<p>Perform recruitment and selection process for\u00a0sales representative<\/p>\n<p>\tAdvertise and market representative positions through presentations<br \/>\n\tSelect applicants in accordance with FSCA\u00a0requirements implementation of assessment selection\u00a0battery<\/p>\n<p>Conduct training to sales representative<\/p>\n<p>\tFacilitate the pre-course and post-course training<br \/>\n\tResponsible for on-the-job assessment of\u00a0representatives<\/p>\n<p>Conduct coaching process<\/p>\n<p>\tGive technical support and motivation to\u00a0representatives<br \/>\n\tCoach representatives on improving their selling skills<br \/>\n\tProvide recognition through performance\u00a0management system<\/p>\n<p>Conduct training to brokers<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure brokers are equipped with sufficient office\u00a0documentation e.g. application forms<br \/>\n\tHandle administration queries on behalf of dedicated\u00a0brokers<br \/>\n\tCheck business methods of dedicated brokers and\u00a0advise accordingly<br \/>\n\tUpdate brokers on Assupol products and services\u00a0regularly<br \/>\n\tEnsure computer software of brokers are up to date\u00a0in respect of Assupol products and services<br \/>\n\tBuild professional business relationships with brokers\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Identity and develop new and current markets<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, penetrate and develop new markets<br \/>\n\tNegotiate stop order markets<br \/>\n\tMaintain contacts with key decision makers and\u00a0insurance industry resources (new and existing)<br \/>\n\tRetain and increase market share in existing markets<br \/>\n\tManage the business retention<br \/>\n\tConduct products presentations in the market<\/p>\n<p>Maintain production targets and retain business<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure and monitor set production targets are\u00a0achieved<br \/>\n\tMaintain business retention\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Comply with FAIS requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tSupervise representative when rendering services\u00a0under supervision<br \/>\n\tSubmit supervision evidence to MSSI on a monthly\u00a0basis<br \/>\n\tMentor and train supervisee to ensure that they have\u00a0a proper understanding of products<br \/>\n\tObserve meetings between representative and clients\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tComplaints<br \/>\n\tNumber of complaints Received<br \/>\n\tNumber of complaint referred for investigation (Forensic)<br \/>\n\tNumber of complaints referred for Debarment Hearing based on\u00a0outcome from debarment Committee<\/p>\n<p>Training and Awareness<\/p>\n<p>\tRefresher Training<br \/>\n\tNew Product Training<br \/>\n\tRecord of Advice<br \/>\n\tFinancial Needs Analysis<br \/>\n\tCompletion of the application forms<\/p>\n<p>Other<\/p>\n<p>\tAdhere to code of conduct<br \/>\n\tAdhere to TCF<br \/>\n\tComply with risk and audit requirements<br \/>\n\tDisplay the values and culture<br \/>\n\tProvide leadership to your team to assist them in\u00a0achieving their target<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Formal\u00a0Education<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric<br \/>\n\tRelevant Qualification (recognised by the FSCA)<\/p>\n<p>Technical\/Legal Certification<\/p>\n<p>\tRegulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives<br \/>\n\tRegulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals<br \/>\n\tClass of Business (Long Term Insurance and Investments) (Depending on Date of Appointment as Key Individual in the industry)<br \/>\n\tCPD<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t1 year management and oversight experience in categories A, B1, B2, C, B1-A, B2-A and retail pension funds<br \/>\n\t2 years Project Management<br \/>\n\t2 years Insurance industry<br \/>\n\tAt least 1 years advice and intermediary experience in category A, B1, B2, C, B1-A, B2-A and retail pension funds<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>assupol.mcidirecthire.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/assupol.mcidirecthire.com","_company_name":"Assupol","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We provide funeral, life, savings and retirement products and services to South Africans from every walk of life.
