\tHuntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisers with Webchat and Voice experience to join our global team.

Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide responses to all, maintaining high quality of services, performance standards and attend to high volumes of calls\/chats\/emails.
\n\tProactively identify issues and problems before it arises, use effective problem-solving techniques to help customers resolve their issues.
\n\tProgress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
\n\tWorking with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
\n\tConnect and build rapport with the customer.
\n\tResponding to customers<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
\n\tClear Credit and Criminal record
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tMinimum of 1 year experience in the customer service webchat.
\n\tBasic understanding and knowledge of the UK market is beneficial.<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
\tCustomer Service webchat experience
\n\tExcellent communication (Written and Verbal)
\n\tAbility to deal\/ interact with different customers.
\n\tProduct Knowledge
