Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tB-Tech or National Diploma in Environmental Health or related field.
\n\tDiploma in Production Management.
\n\tMinimum 10 years in poultry processing and abattoir operations.
\n\tExtensive experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety compliance.
\n\tProven track record in process optimization and yield improvement.
\n\tExperience in training facilitation and skills development programs.
\n\tStrategic operational management.
\n\tLeadership and team development.
\n\tFinancial acumen and budgeting.
\n\tQuality assurance and compliance.

\n\tManage budgets, cost-saving strategies, and performance metrics.
\n\tMentor and develop managers to strengthen leadership and engagement.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement and change management programs.
\n\tDesign and deliver training programs to enhance technical and operational skills.
\n\tMonitor training effectiveness and align learning interventions with business goals.
