Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tAdvantageous: CIPS Level 3 or equivalent procurement qualification.
\n\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in procurement, supply chain, or buying (internship\/entry-level role considered)
\n\tKnowledge of procurement processes, policies, vendor management, and basic finance principles.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tGood negotiation and communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work with numbers and perform basic cost analysis.
\n\tTime management and organizational skills.
\n\tProblem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
\n\tProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP\/procurement systems.
\n\tTeam player with the ability to work independently when required<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, products, and services.
\n\tRaise and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
\n\tSupport negotiations with suppliers on price, quality, and delivery.
\n\tMaintain and update supplier and product databases.
\n\tAssist in managing stock levels and coordinating with warehouse\/operations.
\n\tReceipt supplier costs and ensure accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and deliveries.
\n\tConduct basic market and price analysis to support buying decisions.
\n\tEnsure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
\n\tProvide administrative support to the procurement team (filing, reporting, record-keeping).
\n\tMonitor and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
\n\tMaintain and capture monthly contractual expenditure and costs to support financial reporting.
\n\tResolve discrepancies with suppliers regarding orders, invoices, or deliveries<\/p>\n
