\tHytec SA is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join the team in Durban.\u00a0
\n\tThe main purpose of the job is identifying new business opportunities by promoting the Hytec product range and maintaining strong relationships with customers.\u00a0
\n\tIn this role you will be required to achieve sales targets, and offer the highest level of customers service and support.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nMatric.<\/p>\n
\t5 – 10 years working experience in a similar working environment.
\n\tSound computer knowledge. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
\n\tGood communication skills\u00a0
\n\tMin 5-year sales experience\u00a0
\n\tMin 5 years technical experience
\n\tWorking knowledge of hydraulics
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s Licence
\n\tWorking knowledge of Syspro advantageous
\n\tTechnical knowledge in hydraulic and \/ or automation industries.
\n\tGood general knowledge of hydraulic components, system design and circuitry<\/p>\n

\tBusiness Development
\n\tPromote Group product offering.
\n\tAchieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics.
\n\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities.
\n\tDeliver exceptional customer service.
\n\tPrepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
\n\tNegotiate and close sales deals.
\n\tPrepare and present quotations.
\n\tSolution selling to customers
\n\tThink Group\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Responsibility<\/p>\n
\tAchieve and exceed Sales Budgets.
\n\tInitiate, plan and execute sales calls.
\n\tAchieve required GP% targets<\/p>\n
Sales Administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain customer information and activities on Skynamo.
\n\tMaintain Quote Pipeline management.
\n\tFollow-up and close out all leads and quotes.<\/p>\n
Customer Relationships<\/p>\n
\tUnderstand customers\u2019 requirements and proposing products, and services that can address their needs.
\n\tAddressing customer complaints, queries, and resolution of these.
\n\tCollecting customers’ feedback to improve client service and operations.
\n\tIdentifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, and services to existing customers.<\/p>\n
