\nMHR is urgently looking for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to work at a company in Secunda in Mpumalanga. This is a permanent position.<\/p>\n
\tWorking hours – Monday to Friday \u00a007:30 – 16:30.
\n\tNo benefits only 20 Workdays of leave per annum with compulsory leave over December holidays (approximately 8 days)
\n\tMust be willing to travel to other branches (Sasolburg and Kusile) from time to time. Sleepover might be required once or twice<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOccupational Health Nursing Degree\/Diploma or equivalent
\n\tMust have at least 4 years\u2019 experience in occupational health
\n\tCertificate in Spirometry and Audiometry
\n\tMust be registered with the South African Nursing Council (OHNP qualification)
\n\tStrong administrative skills
\n\tGood presentation skills
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tExperience in customer and employee relations\/management
\n\tMust be results orientated and have a drive for improvement\/renewal
\n\tComputer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)
\n\tProfessional image and positive attitude
\n\tDispensing license\/course in dispensing an advantage
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
Key Outputs\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManaging Occupational Health Programmes including medical surveillance and biological monitoring
\n\tEnhance working relationships and performance management in the clinic
\n\tImprove existing clinic processes and procedures
\n\tClient Relations Management to ensure client satisfaction through seamless service delivery, valuable reporting, prompt response, minimal loss of productivity and reduced turnaround times
\n\tPerform clinic administration duties including management reports
\n\tEnsure effective document control and record keeping
\n\tEnsure proper maintenance and improvement of clinics systems and equipment
\n\tEnsure cleanliness and hygiene of clinic
\n\tEnsure quality and standards are maintained and improved where necessary
\n\tEnsure compliance with the latest regulations and legislation and company policies<\/p>\n
