\tManage financial performance, including wages, overheads, and contract contributions.
\n\tLead and develop a team of site managers and security personnel across multiple sites.
\n\tEnsure compliance with PSIRA standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
\n\tOversee security operations, including access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.
\n\tDrive business development through upselling and identifying new opportunities.
\n\tAdhere to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards and company SHEQ policies.<\/p>\n

\tKnowledge of security legislation and compliance
\n\tFinancial management and budgeting ability
\n\tProficiency in security technology systems

Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 and tertiary qualification or 3-year diploma in Security Management.
\n\tPSIRA Grade A accreditation and firearm competency.
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 security management experience.
\n\tStrong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and clear criminal record.
\n\tComputer literacy and knowledge of security technology systems.<\/p>\n
