\tTo provide a Human Resources Generalist service and expertise through the integration and implementation of human resources policies, processes and standards across the entire Human Resources value chain within a business unit or area.<\/p>\n
Job description<\/p>\n
\tInterpret Human Resources policies and standards to ensure effective delivery of Human Resource strategy and objectives for the business unit.
\n\tEnsure compliance to the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures at the BU.
\n\tLead and direct the HR function to optimize all HR processes and practices at the Business Unit
\n\tProvide an integrated HR operational support and services to the BU.
\n\tMonitor and Enhance performance by ensuring the alignment of BU Human Resources processes to HR mandate.
\n\tManage the HR departmental resources (staffing, finances, etc.)<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements
\nQualification(s):\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tB Degree\/ B Tech Human Resources\/Social\/Behavioural Science at NQF Level 7 with 360 Credits<\/p>\n
Related Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in total Human Resources value chain
\n\t7 Years\u00a0<\/p>\n
