Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent
\n\tComputer literate
\n\t5 – 10 years\u2019 experience in a similar capacity
\n\tProficiency English and Afrikaans
\n\tClear Criminal Record
\n\tTraceable track reference in similar capacity.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate and solving of queries and complaints
\n\tDisseminate marketing material, advertisements and business notices on an ongoing basis
\n\tEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
\n\tResponsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets
\n\tOverseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
\n\tDealing with Key Accounts like Shoprite, Spar etc.
\n\tPlanning and directing the hiring and training of new & current
\n\tRegional Sales Manager to Wholesale and other customers
\n\tDirecting and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
\n\tPreparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
\n\tTracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
\n\tHandling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
\n\tImplementing Sales mandates in specific region\/price groups
\n\tAdvising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
\n\tAbility to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
\n\tExcellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
\n\tExperience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
\n\tStrong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
\n\tAbility to design and implement a successful sales strategy
\n\tAbility to guide and mentor sales representatives
\n\tPlanning, organization and problem-solving skills
\n\tAdvanced time management skills<\/p>\n
