Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tUtilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs. Presents training interventions in an interactive manner, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
\n\tDeliver all Star Factory’s accredited training courses and in particular the FETC: Generic Management (SAQA #57712) at NQF level 4.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to successfully develop, adapt and deliver training programs utilizing skills in program design & development, and training methodologies including blended learning and utilizing our e-learning platform Moodle, and Microsoft Teams.
\n\tCustomize training to incorporate business requirements.
\n\tFormally assess the learner portfolios and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
\n\tObtain, organize and distribute the relevant training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials. (e.g. Handouts or videos) as part of training programmes.
\n\tAble to motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
\n\tManage the accredited training programme through following up on experiential learning\/self-study as part of the training course to ensure participants adhere to deadlines and complete the course within the scheduled timeframes.
\n\tMonitor and measure the effectiveness of all training programs. Create high quality deliverables, measure and present results. Assess training results and provide feedback.
\n\tCreate and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
\n\tTraining related administration and reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
\n\tDemonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to influence and relate to different cultures and team members from different backgrounds and able to adapt training accordingly.
\n\tMaintains training registers and conduct relevant training administrative and record keeping functions, portfolio of evidence for each participant etc.
\n\tWillingness to travel as\/when required.
\n\tAny other related duties.<\/p>\n
