\tTo supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.<\/p>\n
Accounatabilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLead, drive and embed a customer focused sales culture.
\n\tConduct Gate Meetings before Market daily
\n\tFocus agenda in terms of Performance MTD, Execution and Discipline KPI\u2019s
\n\tEffective coaching Sales staff to increase Sales capability and performance.
\n\tIn-Market coaching of Van Sales Representatives
\n\tEnsuring 100% hit rate of outlets within route
\n\tIndividual In Market visits with customers to address specific issues
\n\tBusiness development and growth of customer base
\n\tAttend meetings as and when required
\n\tProactively develop and implement internal and external business development strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.
\n\tPivot strategic directions and align change
\n\tConduct regular training sessions with training team on critical business skills
\n\tConduct Performance reviews<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
What will qualify you for the role:<\/p>\n
\t3 year Business \/ Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
\n\t3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role \/ selling experience
\n\tValid drivers license
\n\tCustomer relations
\n\tResults driven
\n\tSelf starter, can work independently
\n\tAnalytical thinking and application of insights to drive volume growth
\n\tPlanning and Organizing
\n\tIdentify sales opportunities
\n\tInfuencing
\n\tNegotiating
\n\tCommunicate with impact
\n\tAbility to access, analyse sales and apply insights to sales reports to drive growth<\/p>\n
