The highly organised and proactive individual best suited to this role will:<\/p>\n
\tCarefully review and process credit applications, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate and compliant to prevent delays.
\n\tComplete vendor forms as required, ensuring every submission meets the necessary standards and timelines.
\n\tConduct thorough trade reference checks, verifying that all information is complete, correct and reliable.
\n\tRequest site visit documentation from store teams for high-value credit applications.
\n\tLeverage your analytical thinking to interpret Credit Bureau Reports and guide account decisions.
\n\tOpen new accounts, ensuring customer data is captured correctly and accounts are activated without errors.
\n\tConfidently communicate with relevant teams to provide clear, timely updates on the progress of customer credit applications.
\n\tMaintain accurate, well-organised records of all credit applications, customer information and supporting documents.
\n\tConsistently prepare and send weekly schedules of incomplete and rejected applications to all stores, to keep teams informed and aligned.<\/p>\n
