Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Creditors Administration<\/p>\n
\tCapture and process supplier invoices and\u00a0credit notes\u00a0on Sage (Pastel \/ Sage\/Evolution).
\n\tPerform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies timeously.
\n\tEnsure all invoices are properly authorised and supported before processing.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date supplier master data on Sage\/pastel\/evolution.
\n\tFollow up on outstanding invoices and supplier queries.
\n\tPerform all tother administration tasks<\/p>\n
Reconciliations & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tReconcile creditor accounts to the general ledger.
\n\tAssist with month-end and year-end closing procedures relating to creditors.
\n\tProvide supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Controls<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
\n\tEnsure VAT is captured correctly in line with SARS requirements.
\n\tMaintain accurate filing of all creditor documentation (physical and electronic) as per company policy.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tLiaise professionally with suppliers regarding payments and queries.
\n\tWork closely with procurement, stores, and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.<\/p>\n

\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013 compulsory
\n\tCertificate\/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping \u2013 advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum\u00a02\u20133 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in a creditors\/accounts payable role
\n\tProven experience working on\u00a0Sage (Pastel or Sage Evolution)\u00a0\u2013 essential<\/p>\n
