\tAre you detail-oriented and passionate about getting stock in accurately and on time?
\n\tWe\u2019re looking for a committed Receiving Clerk to join our Polokwane Distribution Centre team. This role is responsible for the accurate receiving of stock, processing claims, and managing GRNs and pallet records. You\u2019ll be the first checkpoint in ensuring our products arrive in good condition and are correctly documented.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tAt least 6 months\u2019 experience in a receiving or similar warehouse function
\n\tExperience working with GRNs and claims processes
\n\tExposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) or BoMM preferred
\n\tStrong attention to detail, communication, and numerical skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure in a team-based warehouse environment<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReceive and verify inbound deliveries against supplier documents
\n\tProcess claims and shortages using the BoMM system
\n\tComplete Goods Received Notes accurately
\n\tConduct quality checks on stock condition, barcodes, expiry dates
\n\tManage and track pallet returns
\n\tMaintain neat, compliant, and safe receiving area<\/p>\n
