\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the wealth advisers, management and administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services. You will ensure new business implementation, marketing plan implementation and reception duties.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tGather Policy information
\n\tCompile a summary of information
\n\tPreparing of Client Reviews
\n\tPreparing proposals and client reviews according to set template
\n\tData capturing
\n\tResearch product information
\n\tHandle new application and quotations
\n\tHandle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)
\n\tDiary management for new and existing business cases
\n\tDiary management for Wealth Adviser
\n\tArrange appointments between Wealth Adviser and Clients
\n\tPrepare investment review appointments
\n\tMaintain CRM system
\n\tRebalance and maintain existing portfolios
\n\tPrepare and distribute monthly\/quarterly statements
\n\tManage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)
\n\tBuild and maintain good working relationships
\n\tRecord details of transactions
\n\tMaintain Service Level agreement deadlines
\n\tDeal with Employee Benefit Service Related Queries.
\n\tManage policy renewals
\n\tEnsure FAIS Compliance
\n\tLoad new\/existing business policies<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBCom (Finance \/ Business Finance \/ Investments \/ Financial Planning Law \/ Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics)
\n\t0-2 Years experience in the financial services industry
\n\tStrong technical and administrative skills
\n\tCompetencies required:

\n\tCommunication skills (verbal & written)
\n\tTime Management skills
\n\tProblem solving
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tTeam player<\/p>\n
