Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tWorkshop administration, responsible for supporting the workshop department with all administration related duties in the management of the vehicle fleet.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOffice Administration:
\n\tMaintain accurate filing records for vehicle fleet.
\n\tOrder department stationary as required.
\n\tCompile daily & monthly fuel usage reconciliations.
\n\tActivating fuel orders on Freeway system and generate purchase orders.
\n\tAccurate capture of fuel delivered (FMS & Freeway system).
\n\tVerify Time Sheet Submissions from the mechanical team.
\n\tCapture time spent by mechanics on allocated job cards.
\n\tAdhoc administrative tasks as delegated by fleet manager.
\n\tAssist stock controller with storekeeping & stock counts.<\/p>\n
Fleet Maintenance:<\/p>\n
\tDaily review of vehicle schedule for maintenance & licensing.
\n\tCoordinate & capture tyre management data on to Pro-fleet system.
\n\tSecure vehicle fleet licensing is up today and keep accurate records of expiry dates.<\/p>\n

\tMatric.
\n\t2 Years in experience in an administrative role within a fleet maintenance \/ workshop environment.
