Job Description<\/p>\n
\tFreedom Printpak is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Foreman to manage and oversee daily operations in our Paper Bag Printing Department. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, consistent quality, and on-time production while leading and supporting production staff.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupervise daily paper bag printing and manufacturing operations
\n\tCoordinate printing, cutting, folding, gluing, and finishing processes
\n\tEnsure print quality, colour consistency, and bag specifications meet job requirements
\n\tMonitor production schedules and achieve output targets
\n\tLead, train, and motivate machine operators and production staff
\n\tEnsure correct setup, operation, and basic maintenance of printing and bag-making machines
\n\tIdentify and resolve production, quality, and equipment issues
\n\tEnforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards
\n\tComplete production reports and job documentation<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Production Management or any related field
\n\tProven experience in a paper bag printing or packaging production environment
\n\tStrong understanding of printing and paper bag manufacturing processes
\n\tSupervisory or team leadership experience
\n\tAbility to read and interpret artwork, job cards and production specifications
\n\tGood problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
