Job Description<\/p>\n
\tGather a strong understanding of Samsonite Southern Africa\u2019s and associated brands\u2019 product offerings
\n\tCreate concise, eye-catching and innovative headlines and body to copy across various brands.
\n\tConsistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies
\n\tBuild a following for the brands on social media with creative, consistent postings
\n\tSpot and leverage industry trends to keep content relevant and exciting.
\n\tTrack and analyse key KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
\n\tDeliver reports and actionable insights to optimise content and advertising performance.
\n\tMonitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates), obtain key learning and optimise campaign performance.
\n\tCollaborate with the eCommerce team and management when required.
\n\tCollaborate with and work on strategies with our outsourced marketing\/TikTok agencies
\n\tAssist with social media strategy for all brands on all major platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
\n\tEnsure timeous responses to customer comments and queries on social platforms
\n\tManaging the briefing process for marketing mailers (to align with socials)
\n\tAssisting the sourcing of content from Europe
\n\tAssist with Website Banner creation
\n\tHave a creative flare and worked with creative design tools (e.g. Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
\n\tResizing and uploading product imagery when required
\n\tAdhere to all policies, procedures and regulations at all times
\n\tMaintain good internal communication channels with other employees, stores and departments.
\n\tStrong working knowledge of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
\n\tPro\ufb01ciency with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Stripo, Klaviyo and BigCommerce an advantage).
\n\tExcellent copywriting and storytelling skills for social media, blog and email audiences.
\n\tComfortable working with analytics tools to monitor performance and generate concise weekly reports that highlight key insights and opportunities.
\n\tHighly organised with strong project and deadline management skills.
\n\tTeam player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
\n\tStrong communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
\n\tHigh levels of integrity and con\ufb01dentiality
\n\tMust be able to work in a team<\/p>\n
