\nKey Responsibilities:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDrive performance through the store KPI\u2019s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc.).\u00a0
\n\tManaging stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.\u00a0
\n\tDriving turnover to ensure achievement of targets.\u00a0
\n\tEnsures the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mind set.\u00a0
\n\tGenerating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standards.\u00a0
\n\tManaging team schedule effectively.\u00a0
\n\tStaff training and development.\u00a0
\n\tPeople management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management.\u00a0
\n\tControlling expenses.\u00a0
\n\tAllocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and completing priorities.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tManage risk within the store.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification.\u00a0
\n\tCosmetic background might be advantageous.\u00a0
\n\tMust have 2-5 years Store Management experience.\u00a0
\n\tMust have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAbility to adapt to different customers and situations.\u00a0
\n\tA high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.\u00a0
\n\tOutstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tStrong organizational, administration and planning skills.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tAssertiveness and delegation skills.\u00a0
