Job Objectives<\/p>\n
\tOur ideal candidate will be adept at
\n\tManaging sales performance of the branch
\n\tControlling all stock management functions within the branch
\n\tManage all branch staff effectively
\n\tProvide excellent customer service
\n\tControl all cash management activities within the branch
\n\tReport on all branch activities and relevant data
\n\tContribute meaningfully towards the regional budgeting process
\n\tImplement daily management controls.
\n\tPeople Management & Training<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric essential
\n\tRetail Management Diploma would be a serious advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tProven Retail Furniture environment experience – 3 year minimum
\n\tPeople Management Experience – 3 years minimum
\n\tManaging successful teams of Sales Representatives – 3 years minimum<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills<\/p>\n
\tRetail systems and reports
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tUnderstanding of how stock systems work
\n\tInterested in household appliances and furniture<\/p>\n
