Required Skills\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupply Chain \/ Logistics degree with relevant operational experience
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience with route planning software and support systems
\n\tKnowledge of BPCS \/ Roadshow systems or similar ERP System
\n\tA resilient individual with excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills
\n\tCustomer oriented, assertive with problem-solving skills
\n\tResult driven, innovative with good decision-making skills
\n\tAccurate and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
\n\tAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel)
\n\tDrivers\u2019 License<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDaily route planning and scheduling at a required level of accuracy and quality
\n\tManage fixed cost and reduce variable cost by planning optimal dynamic routes
\n\tManage and maintain the routing tool to retain data integrity
\n\tAllocate resources \/ assets to routes in accordance with legislation and contractual agreements
\n\tRecord and report key performance indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
\n\tIdentify cost saving initiatives and implement solutions to optimise the operations
\n\tLiaise with relevant Business Partners
\n\tTake ownership of routing results and KPI\u2019s
\n\tMust be able to work shifts and willing to travel nationally on occasion<\/p>\n
