\tGrade 12 \/ Standard 10 Certificate.
\n\tCertificate: Store Keeping & Stock Control.
\n\tCode 08 (B) Driver\u2019s Licence.
\n\tForklift Driver\u2019s License
\n\tAdvantageous: Supervisory Certificate.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE (including but not limited to):<\/p>\n
\t2 year\u2019s Stores \/ Material Management in a Plant \/ Mining environment.<\/p>\n
DUTIES (including but not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and supervise the issuing and receiving functions of the Stores section as well as housekeeping and preservation of the stock.
\n\tEffectively solve and report queries related to the Issuing Sections. Generate reports regarding stock levels and un-actioned pick slips.
\n\tSupport the receiving \/ issuing of the Store section. Monitor the availability of stock items in the stores for the purpose of production needs. Ensure correct storage and handling requirements for spares and equipment according to procedures. Assist in coordinating Receiving \/Issuing of stock items according to processes and procedures. Reconcile and update all Issuing documentation. Coordinate cycle counts. Minimize and resolve cycle count variances. Reconcile physical balance with JDE balance for all stock. Ensure effective financial controls are applied.
\n\tEnsure good housekeeping standards are maintained.
\n\tPerform PTO\u2019s and issuebased risk assessments as and when required.
\n\tEnsure mine-wide availability of fuel.
\n\tSupervise own team\u2019s activities whilst ensuring safe working practices.
\n\tLiaise with internal and external customers to ensure good working relationships.<\/p>\n
