Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tTo assist the Resort Manager and the Resort through efficient and organized management of a range of Administrative functions in compliance with national and local legislation, resort policies and procedures and the brand\u2019s standards for service, quality, guest satisfaction, safety and security.
\n\tTo enhance & maintain communication with internal & external parties.
\n\tResponsible for confidential and time sensitive information.
\n\tTo provide support to the Resort Manager and Heads of Department wherever & however required.
\n\tDuties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock\/asset control, and handling of money. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compiling and submitting reports, managing and maintaining certain resort information. \u00a0
\n\tDealing with queries, both written and verbal. \u00a0Data capturing and general admin duties.<\/p>\n

\n\tComputer literacy in Excel & Word
\n\tPrevious client liaison experience
\n\tGood interpersonal skills
\n\tGood verbal and written communication skills
\n\tAbility to plan and organise

\n\tStrong admin skills \u00a0
\n\tAbility to work under pressure

\n\tDiscretion, Confidentiality, Trustworthiness of highest importance
\n\tOwn transport & Drivers Licence essential
\n\tPrevious financial experience will be an advantage<\/p>\n
