\tResponsible for the strategic shift planning, compliance and adherence of the ADfusion\/Client model in liaison with client management. This will include Inbound, Production, Outbound, Salvage and SHEQ Management<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ NQF level 4 qualification
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain\/Logistics\/Operations highly advantageous
\n\t2-3 years of experience in a Logistics\/Manufacturing \/ Distribution \/ TES environment essential
\n\tMin 2 years of supervisory experience
\n\tComputer literate (MS Office)<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the strategic shift plan is executed;
\n\tManage productivity as per set targets;
\n\tMinimize risk to Client and staff;
\n\tEnsure adherence to policies and procedure as per ADfusion and Client model;
\n\tMaintain and Implement HR and IR policies.
\n\tResponsible for protecting the ADfusion model at all times;
\n\tEnsure Housekeeping standards are maintained;
\n\tMust be flexible and proactive in changing the strategic shift plan for the day;
\n\tSupport Client Site and Services Manager in delivering service plan for the shift;
\n\tResponsible for the site in the absence of the Regional Operations Manager;
\n\tEnsure there is a clear communication line between ADfusion and Client management
\n\tCompile and provide relevant reports as required on a daily basis for shift
\n\thandover and to ACMS Management;
\n\tEnsure that TES implementation of discipline is aligned to ACMS disciplinary
\n\tguidelines and adhered to;
\n\tManage outputs and productivity of assignees through TES Shift Managers.
\n\tSubmit a forecast of shift cost taking into account Hours and Rates for all
\n\tTES staff including straight shift and full time staff.(Every 4 days);
\n\tSubmit End of shift report (Daily);
\n\tEnsure registers for TES staff are signed and submitted daily;
\n\tAuthorize overtime documents for TES staff;
\n\tManage Salvage daily report;
\n\tManage XMQIR report daily;
\n\tEnsure SHEQ appointments are done per shift;
\n\tManage MHE from an ISight perspective;
\n\tReport on rack damages daily;
\n\tEnsure adherence to standard SOPs.
\n\tShare shift strategy with ADfusion management team. i.e Inbound and
\n\tOutbound;
\n\tEnsure that TES management is informed of the shift plan;
\n\tEnsure that Training Development of all staff is in place in all departments;
\n\tEnsure that order fill (Headcount) is above 97% for the shift;
\n\tAdhere to ADfusion policies and procedures;
\n\tEnsure SHEQ requirements per shift are met. i.e First Aiders, Safety Reps and
\n\tFire Fighters
\n\tEnsure that uniform standards is maintained;
\n\tProtect Client assets, MHE equipment, Normal equipment (Cages and
\n\tTotes) and respect for product;
\n\tEnsure agencies comply with labour take on and exit processes, tracking of disciplinary actions etc;
\n\tEnsure Agency KPI\u2019s are measured and managed e.g. shift fill rates, throughput, payroll queries, MHE etc;
\n\tProvide regular feedback to Agencies and Client regarding shift performance metrics\/targets.<\/p>\n
