This will include Inbound, Production, Outbound, Salvage and SHEQ Management<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric \/ NQF level 4 qualification<br \/>\n\tDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain\/Logistics\/Operations highly advantageous<br \/>\n\t2-3 years of experience in a Logistics\/Manufacturing \/ Distribution \/ TES environment essential<br \/>\n\tMin 2 years of supervisory experience<br \/>\n\tComputer literate (MS Office)<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric \/ NQF level 4 qualification<\/p>\n<p>Additional Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tN\/A<\/p>\n<p>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that the strategic shift plan is executed;<br \/>\n\tManage productivity as per set targets;<br \/>\n\tMinimize risk to Client and staff;<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to policies and procedure as per ADfusion and Client model;<br \/>\n\tMaintain and Implement HR and IR policies.<br \/>\n\tResponsible for protecting the ADfusion model at all times;<br \/>\n\tEnsure Housekeeping standards are maintained;<br \/>\n\tMust be flexible and proactive in changing the strategic shift plan for the day;<br \/>\n\tSupport Client Site and Services Manager in delivering service plan for the shift;<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the site in the absence of the Regional Operations Manager;<br \/>\n\tEnsure there is a clear communication line between ADfusion and Client management<br \/>\n\tCompile and provide relevant reports as required on a daily basis for shift<br \/>\n\thandover and to ACMS Management;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that TES implementation of discipline is aligned to ACMS disciplinary<br \/>\n\tguidelines and adhered to;<br \/>\n\tManage outputs and productivity of assignees through TES Shift Managers.<br \/>\n\tSubmit a forecast of shift cost taking into account Hours and Rates for all<br \/>\n\tTES staff including straight shift and full time staff.(Every 4 days);<br \/>\n\tSubmit End of shift report (Daily);<br \/>\n\tEnsure registers for TES staff are signed and submitted daily;<br \/>\n\tAuthorize overtime documents for TES staff;<br \/>\n\tManage Salvage daily report;<br \/>\n\tManage XMQIR report daily;<br \/>\n\tEnsure SHEQ appointments are done per shift;<br \/>\n\tManage MHE from an ISight perspective;<br \/>\n\tReport on rack damages daily;<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to standard SOPs.<br \/>\n\tShare shift strategy with ADfusion management team. i.e Inbound and<br \/>\n\tOutbound;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that TES management is informed of the shift plan;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that Training Development of all staff is in place in all departments;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that order fill (Headcount) is above 97% for the shift;<br \/>\n\tAdhere to ADfusion policies and procedures;<br \/>\n\tEnsure SHEQ requirements per shift are met. i.e First Aiders, Safety Reps and<br \/>\n\tFire Fighters<br \/>\n\tEnsure that uniform standards is maintained;<br \/>\n\tProtect Client assets, MHE equipment, Normal equipment (Cages and<br \/>\n\tTotes) and respect for product;<br \/>\n\tEnsure agencies comply with labour take on and exit processes, tracking of disciplinary actions etc;<br \/>\n\tEnsure Agency KPI\u2019s are measured and managed e.g. shift fill rates, throughput, payroll queries, MHE etc;<br \/>\n\tProvide regular feedback to Agencies and Client regarding shift performance metrics\/targets.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.adcorpgroup.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>adcorpgroup.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/adcorpgroup.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com","_company_name":"Adcorp Holdings Limited","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.adcorpgroup.com","_company_tagline":"Adcorp is the workplace solutions provider that seeks new ways to shape markets, economies and our shared future, by offering a wide range of diverse talent management solutions across a vast spectrum of industry sectors, job types, and geographic regions.
