Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHuman Resource Degree \/ Diploma
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 post-qualification experience in an HR related environment
\n\tProven experience with Skills Development
\n\tGood Industrial Relations skills
\n\tComputer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
\n\tExperience working with SAGE300 and other HR Systems
\n\tMust be willing to travel
\n\tMust have a driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for effectively implementing HR solutions and delivering people management strategies that support the company\u2019s overall strategic aims and objectives. The role includes providing advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of human resources, including current employment legislation, skills development and HR best practices.
\n\tIndustrial Relations: occasional support to the HR Manager on disciplinary matters, wage negotiations, CCMA, etc.
\n\tHuman Resources support in accordance with the approved HR plan in conjunction with Plant Management.
\n\tRecruitment, Selection, and onboarding of staff, in line with the company policies and procedures.
\n\tEmployee remuneration process management
\n\tSupport in the coordination of the employment equity committee, as well as employment equity compliance and reporting.
\n\tCoordination of all skills development activities on plant level, as well as compiling of yearly WSP.
\n\tReport on key people drivers, proactively highlight key trends, risk and present to management for action plans.
\n\tCoordination and submission of employee data to payroll department in an accurate and timeous manner.
\n\tEnsure that all time& attendance is accurate and is reported timeously while aligning it to the Sage300 payroll systems.
\n\tImplement specific project activities as determined through the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross \u2013 functional initiatives.
\n\tManage the terminations processes, which include the facilitation of employees\u2019 pension\/provident fund withdrawals, and ensure exit interviews are done.
\n\tSupport the liaison between the plant and head office to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal policies and procedures<\/p>\n
