About The Role<\/p>\n
\tAs an experienced Outbound Calling Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who have registered on our platform, with the key objective of onboarding new customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and increasing conversion rates. You will act as the voice of the brand, combining clear communication, product knowledge, and performance-driven strategies to grow our player base.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Be Doing<\/p>\n
\tConduct high-volume outbound calls to:reactivate dormant or lapsed customers or communicate promotions, bonuses, and product features
\n\tAchieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
\n\tDeliver exceptional customer engagement by providing product knowledge, promotions, our Loyalty programme, our extensive perks and offerings and support
\n\tAccurately record customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
\n\tWork flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, to maximize contact opportunities
\n\tProvide customer feedback to management to help optimize sales scripts, promotions, and processes<\/p>\n
What You’ll Bring<\/p>\n
\tPrevious outbound sales or telemarketing experience (preferably in South African iGaming, online sports-book and betting, financial services, or telecoms)
\n\tStrong sales skills with a track record of meeting\/exceeding targets
\n\tAbility to work shift patterns, extended hours, and Saturdays
\n\tComputer literacy and experience with CRM systems
\n\tExcellent communication skills (English required; additional South African languages a plus)
\n\tResults-driven with resilience in a competitive environment<\/p>\n
