Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport\u00a0scalable Salesforce solutions\u00a0that meet business needs.
\n\tConfigure\u00a0SF and\u00a0custom apps.
\n\tBuild custom components.
\n\tIntegrate Salesforce with external systems via\u00a0APIs and middleware.
\n\tLead\u00a0data migrations, cleansing, and mapping activities.
\n\tProduce high-quality technical documentation and release notes.
\n\tSupport end-users with troubleshooting and training.
\n\tEnsure all solutions meet\u00a0Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
\n\tUnderstanding of Troubleshooting techniques and testing approaches to ensure stability of environment.
\n\tSetup of automation testing and improvements to testing and configuration processes.
\n\tUnderstanding of Devops, environment setup and deployment management.
\n\tSetup of reporting \/ Dashboards and system monitoring.
\n\tStrong understanding of Salesforce flows and implementation to meet bespoke requirements.
\n\tTraining capability to upskill others in the usage of Salesforce.
\n\tConsistent identification of process and system improvements.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advantageous).<\/p>\n
Salesforce certifications such as:<\/p>\n
\tPlatform Developer I \/ II
\n\tSalesforce Administrator
\n\tSales\/Service Cloud Consultant<\/p>\n
\u00a0Experience (Required)<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135+ years\u00a0working on Salesforce as a consultant, developer, or technical specialist.
\n\tCRM module experience and proficiency is essential.
\n\tProven expertise in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards).
\n\tSolid understanding of\u00a0Salesforce architecture, data model, automation, and security.
\n\tExperience with DevOps tools like\u00a0Gearset\u00a0or\u00a0Copado\u00a0(advantageous).<\/p>\n
