\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team and to ensure compliance with set policies and processes.<\/p>\n
You Bring:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric with English
\n\t2 years of administrative experience.
\n\tExperience in Audit, Compliance, or Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
\n\tProven supervisory experience in a similar role or function.<\/p>\n
A Bonus To Have:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted or studying towards a diploma\/degree, majoring in Compliance, AML, Auditing
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
AML\/Customer Compliance<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with the Customer Compliance Manager and the Compliance Manager.
\n\tContribute to the implementation of new and updated regulatory requirements.
\n\tPerform enhanced due diligence reviews and reporting.
\n\tPreparation and delivery of relevant training.
\n\tSTR and SAR reporting preparation and submission to the Nominated Officer.
\n\tThoroughly and timely review reports and other investigative leads that potentially identify suspicious activity.
\n\tInvestigate any possible fraud and conclude accordingly.
\n\tMonitor and scrutinize all AML and responsible gambling risk reports to identify possible fraud.
\n\tLooking after records of high-risk clients and report suspicious activities, if any;
\n\tAbility to identify and escalate sensitive issues with discretion.
\n\tManage team performance in achievement of business objectives.
\n\tAssist with preparation and relevant submissions for regulatory inspections and on-site reviews.
\n\tMonthly and quarterly reporting.
\n\tTo remain completely independent and adhere to the confidentiality of the role.<\/p>\n
Reviewing and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPerform ongoing monitoring reviews as per documented processes.
\n\tWork with business units to agree on findings, ratings and remedial action required.
\n\tProduce finalised reports for all monitoring reviews conducted.
\n\tEnsure that all monitoring reports are appropriate and include supporting evidence and\/or documents.
\n\tFollow up on recommended corrective actions, any outstanding monitoring issues and management actions.
\n\tEnsure that all reports are saved appropriately.<\/p>\n

\tTraining of new team members.
\n\tPromotion of a healthy and fair work environment.
\n\tAdhere to the principles of an ethical, honest, transparent, fair work environment.
\n\tPerformance must be tracked by yourself, and the onus is placed on you to set up performance review meetings with the manager.

Compliance, risk, and quality<\/p>\n
\tEnforcing company policies and procedures.
\n\tCompliance with relevant laws, regulations, and affiliated professional standards.
\n\tEnsure logical saving of all work, templates, etc. monthly and yearly such that each year\u2019s financial records can stand on its own when enquiries\/ investigations\/audits take place.
\n\tProduce high quality, neat, logical, succinct, easy to follow, easy to understand, formula linked work\/templates\/workbooks\/financial models\/recons\/audits – of which is substantiated by facts with no numbers in the formulas.
\n\tSummarize the detailed daily findings on the designated software or relevant workbook and submit a daily report to the Customer Compliance Manger
\n\tReport suspicious behaviour and fraud findings immediately.
\n\tPromote non-acceptance of kickbacks. Instances are to be reported immediately.<\/p>\n
