About the role:<\/p>\n
\tThe Solar Inverter Account Manager at Sun King will effectively plan, organize, coordinate and control the overall activities within the sales team to achieve set objectives around volume, gross profit, credit extensions to customers and growth. The incumbent will be a key driver in the execution of the Inverter EasyBuy strategy for Sun King.<\/p>\n
What you would be expected to do:<\/p>\n
\tMeet or exceed KPI targets of volume, gross profits, costs and credit applicable to the sales territory.
\n\tEnsure implementation of market space strategies affecting the customers.
\n\tContribute to and implement global strategies.
\n\tWork closely with the Call Centre to ensure that customers are vetted and the sales process is completed.
\n\tProvide timeous input into the forecasting cycles through the Sales Manager and procurement, ensuring adequate inventory for the customer base.
\n\tDevelop and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships and develop new relationships.
\n\tEnsure that all queries and complaints received from customers are expeditiously attended to and resolved in the areas of orders, deliveries and credit vetting.
\n\tGrow the market in the property development sector.
\n\tMonitor and analyze the market and competitor behavior; and act upon this as appropriate in order to safeguard performance levels in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the Marketing team.
\n\tEnsure timeous submission of expense reports.
\n\tCollaborate with sales, product, operations, and other teams to monitor product performance.<\/p>\n
You might be a strong candidate if you Have:<\/p>\n
\tA Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency with modern statistical analysis and data visualization software.
\n\tAt least 5 years of experience in technical sales
\n\tExperience within the electrical and solar industry
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders<\/p>\n
