KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffManagement of all applicable staff in the department.
\n\tManage and co-ordinate all maintenance functions of the hospital premises.
\n\tPlan and implement the reactive and preventative maintenance.
\n\tEnsuring compliance to statutory maintenance, OSH ACT and R158.
\n\tManagement of staff, budget and projects.
\n\tRecord keeping.
\n\tBuilding and equipment.
\n\tManage related purchasing and expenditure.
\n\tCost control, budgeting and developing cost saving strategies.
\n\tEnsure accurate record keeping and complete reporting.
\n\tImplement safety measures and compliance with regulatory and statutory
\n\tregulations.
\n\tPrepare report for staff, contractors, facility and assets of the hospital.
\n\tLiaise with people of from all levels (doctors, management, employees).<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6 in Engineering or Higher.
\n\tElectrical Trade Test.
\n\tComplete a course in Frontline Management.
\n\tMust be Computer Literacy.
\n\tMust have Electrical\/ Mechanical Trade Diploma.<\/p>\n
