\tThe Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, security, pool and grounds issues are dealt with as well as managing a maintenance team.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t2 \u2013 3 Years Previous Facilities Management experience
\n\tStrong all-round Facilities experience (Electrical, Pluming, Carpentry, Generator, Electrical & Water Meters etc.)
\n\tPrevious Body Corporate Facilities Management experience advantageous
\n\tKnowledge on Health and Safety Management
\n\tHands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tEffective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tProactive in approach
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tLeadership skills
\n\tAbility to run with multiple tasks\/jobs at once<\/p>\n
