Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric or equivalent
\n\tThree to five years retail experience as a Shop Assistant
\n\tComputer Literate
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tFurther qualifications related to retail\/business will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOutstanding customer care skills, the ability to interact and communicate with customers
\n\tAccurate and efficient till operation skills
\n\tA high standard of work on the sales floor, dedication in maintaining
\n\tQuality standards\/housekeeping standards, willingness to take initiative if a job needs to be done
\n\tVery good record of attendance and punctuality
\n\tWillingness to consistently apply Refinery values and Refinery policies and procedures in all aspects of your work
\n\tGood understanding of company VM strategy in terms of stock intensity and SKU availability
\n\tGood planning, delegation skills and the ability to lead a team
\n\tPersonal integrity
\n\tHigh stress tolerance
\n\tAbility to work trading hours of the shopping centre
\n\tUnderstand the receiving procedure
\n\tAbility to maintain the stockroom’s layout and specification<\/p>\n
