\n\tProcess different documents like applications, forms, and custom requests.
\n\tConstant communication with colleagues from various departments to offer efficient customer service.
\n\tProviding feedback on customer service efficiency process.
\n\tEnsuring complete customer satisfaction.
\n\tProviding professional customer service experience.
\n\tCustomizing individual customer journey.
\n\tKeeping records of customer communication, complaints, transaction and more.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/ or equivalent
\n\tNational Diploma in supply chain or similar
\n\tPRMS system experience is an advantage.
\n\tAbility to interface with customers, sales and production.
\n\tMust be very detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
\n\tMust be an action oriented, team-player with excellent problem-solving skills.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Competencies\u00a0.
\n\tMust have 3-5 Years experience in relevant or similar role.<\/p>\n
