\tThe Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business (store specific) strategies, implementing promotional material, managing controllable expenses and training new staff. Also providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping, latest fashion trends, and minimising stock losses<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRecruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
\n\tManaging staff
\n\tManaging budgets (P&L, Payroll)
\n\tMaintaining statistical and financial records (Daily, weekly and monthly administration)
\n\tDealing with customer queries and complaints.
\n\tMaximising profitability and setting\/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
\n\tVisual Merchandising & Housekeeping Inventory Management (Stock Management)
\n\tEnsure store equipment is secured and accounted for
\n\tMaintenance of health & safety environment for customers and The Crew
\n\tUnderstand store daily\/weekly\/monthly sales targets
\n\tProduce a store specific action plan to minimise stock loss<\/p>\n
