\n\tA relevant tertiary qualification<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years work experience in a similar position and industry
\n\tRaw material stock control and stock management experience
\n\tAnimal Feed Manufacturing will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintain FIFO
\n\tEnsure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production
\n\tManaging stock lead days within set parameters
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
\n\tTimeously resolve supplier complaints
\n\tLimit stock losses to a minimum and explain stock deviations
\n\tEnsure timeous and accurate reporting
\n\tConduct effective and regular stock takes
\n\tMaintain internal controls and procedures and ensure compliance.
\n\tEnsure accurate and timeous planning and recording of stock and capturing of all stock intakes accurately (GRVs)
\n\tEnsure timeous reporting of stock claims
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with Production Manager
\n\tAdhere to all safety regulation policies, procedures and notices and ensures monthly health and safety reports are done
\n\tObtain V-number and MSD (Safety Data Sheet) for raw materials before a request is sent to Master Data for loading.
\n\tEnsure that allocated work is clean and complete cleaning register<\/p>\n

\tStrong administration and organizational skills
