At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of the Cultural Institutions Act and the National instruments &amp; legislation pertaining to human resources management with specific reference to the Public Service<br \/>\n\tAmendment Act and Public Service Regulations; Labour Relations Act as well as other relevant labour relations prescripts.<br \/>\n\tGood verbal and written communication skills. Proven computer literacy in MS Office. Conflict resolution skills.<br \/>\n\tPlanning and organising skills. Monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills.
