\nDuties and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo achieve the annual sales budget through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly budgets to ensure the sustainability of the business
\n\tTo manage and control the financial aspects of running the store to ensure store profitability.
\n\tTo adhere to merchandising standards in line with the brand requirements to ensure good product mix.
\n\tTo ensure proper stock management and control to minimise loss and to ensure product availability,\u202fby monitoring stock related risks.
\n\tTo deliver\u202fexceptional customer service to ensure the best customer experience.
\n\tTo build excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external)
\n\tTo manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning, and administrating payroll properly
\n\tTo inspire, motivate, develop, and hold people accountable appropriately.\u202f
\n\tAlign team members to Company culture and create fun.
\n\tImplement all company policies and procedures.
\n\tMaintaining health & safety practices<\/p>\n

\tMicrosoft \u2013 Computer Proficiency
\n\tClear Criminal record
\n\tAbility to communicate effectively at all levels.<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 Store Management experience
\n\tMinimum of 8 years’ Retail experience\u202f
\n\tExperience in working in a large retail store with a turnover of more than\u202fR 20 million per annum.<\/p>\n
