Job Overview:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a skilled and experienced TLB Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our TLB (Tractor-Loader-Backhoe) machine to assist with various\u00a0 projects on our site.
\n\tThe TLB Machine Operator will be required to work closely with the rest of the production team to ensure efficient and safe operation of the equipment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOperate and maintain the TLB machine to assist with loading, and production related tasks
\n\tFollow project instructions from foremen and site supervisors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
\n\tInspect and maintain the TLB machine on a regular basis to ensure it is in good working condition
\n\tAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
\n\tCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work tasks and schedules
\n\tPerform minor repairs and adjustments to the TLB machine as needed<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a TLB Machine Operator or similar role
\n\tValid TLB license
\n\tValid driver’s license and clean driving record
\n\tAbility to operate and maintain a TLB machine effectively and safely
\n\tStrong understanding of construction and excavation procedures
\n\tExcellent communication and teamwork skills
\n\tAbility to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
\n\tWillingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed<\/p>\n
