The Power Platform Analyst will support, enhance, and maintain the organisation\u2019s Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment, improving workflows, enabling self-service solutions, managing SharePoint sites and permissions, and building low-code automation using Power Platform tools. This role is open to remote-based applicants.<\/p>\n
Job Description
\nStakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and information-flow requirements.
\n\tTranslate business requirements into practical SharePoint or Power Platform solutions.
\n\tSupport users across all departments by providing guidance, training, and best practices.
\n\tFacilitate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance governance.<\/p>\n
Design, Development & Support<\/p>\n
\tDesign, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power Apps forms, and SharePoint Lists\/Libraries.
\n\tConfigure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, pages, and content structures.
\n\tDevelop simple automation, data integrations, and reporting dashboards using Power BI (advantageous).
\n\tSupport the lifecycle of solutions: testing, deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing optimisation.
\n\tMonitor platform health, usage, and permissions to ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation.
\n\tTroubleshoot issues and provide second-line support to departments using Power Platform or SharePoint solutions.
\n\tAssist with governance, auditing, and content lifecycle management (retention, ownership, permissions review).<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tPractical experience building Power Automate workflows and Power Apps (canvas apps essential).
\n\tStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online: site administration, lists, libraries, permissions, and content structure.
\n\tAbility to analyse processes and translate them into structured workflows or applications.
\n\tUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID\/Azure AD basics).
\n\tStrong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between business and technical users.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and ability to work with structured data.
\n\tAbility to produce user documentation, SOPs, and training material.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.<\/p>\n

Education and training<\/p>\n
\tIT-related degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
\n\tMicrosoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, MS-700) beneficial but not required.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years\u2019 experience working with SharePoint Online or Power Platform in a support or analyst capacity.
\n\tHands-on experience building workflows or applications using Power Automate \/ Power Apps.
\n\tExperience training business users and gathering requirements.
\n\tExposure to Microsoft SQL Server or data concepts advantageous.
\n\tExperience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments beneficial.<\/p>\n
