Job Description<\/p>\n
\tBKB is currently seeking experienced and reliable Commission Agent who will be responsible for the marketing of livestock and building of good relationships with clients. \u00a0The incumbent will also be responsible for procurement of auctions, out-of-hand-transactions, assisting fellow colleagues at auctions and other ad hoc tasks. \u00a0To ensure a positive image of the organization through professional, effective and innovative services.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with at least 3 years\u2019 experience in Livestock marketing environment or relevant Diploma\/Degree is recommended<\/p>\n

\tAbility to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
\n\tStrong sales, negotiation and communication skills
\n\tGoal orientated
\n\tAnalytical and problem solving skills
\n\tEffective verbal and listening communication skills
\n\tTime management skills
\n\tGood computer literacy
\n\tDecision-making skills
\n\tMust be fluent in Afrikaans, English and Zulu would be advantageous
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

\tProcurement of livestock for auctions through effective and innovative services
\n\tMarketing of livestock
\n\tEnsure constant growth in market share, revenue and profitability
\n\tProcurement, marketing and handling of auctions
\n\tClassing of livestock
\n\tResponsible for effective and efficient logistics and administrative processes
\n\tGathering of producer information to facilitate effective planning of marketing
\n\tProvide excellent customer services
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
