For serving prosecutors seeking promotion any appropriate legal qualification.<br \/>\n\tAt least ten (10) years\u2019 post qualification experience in civil and\/or criminal litigation.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrable competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Admitted Attorney and\/or Advocate. Right of appearance as contemplated in section 25(2) of the NPA Act, 32 of 1998. Demonstrate experience in managing motion proceedings.<br \/>\n\tGood advocacy and legal drafting skills. Good knowledge of civil and\/or criminal procedure. Knowledge of Asset Forfeiture law will be added advantage.<br \/>\n\tAbility to act independently. Good interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills. Strong computer skills.
