The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating all administrative work for the Reservations department and dealing with all the queries within this department as well as providing weekly and monthly sales and department reporting.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tProvides monthly and weekly reports of all sales transactions
\n\tAssists team leaders and guides with all correspondence and points
\n\tLiaise with Head Office on a daily basis with all correspondence queries
\n\tIs able to demonstrate sound administration skills and using own initiative
\n\tHas high level of computer literacy and experience in using MS Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel or system used in the department
\n\tHas good grammar and communication skills
\n\tUnderstands the importance of responding to all e-mail correspondence within stipulated business rules and time frames
\n\tAdherence to the department SLA\u2019s
\n\tTo be able to complete comment cards
\n\tService the department\u2019s correspondence hunt line and web support for members
\n\tAssist the department with inbound when call volumes escalate
\n\tAbility to co-ordinate all data and generate reports accurately according to deadlines
\n\tKey Account Clients: Enquiries, Bookings, Cancellations, Refunds, Support Enquires and Escalations for site updates, including STO \/ Travel Agents and OTA\u2019s
\n\tGroup Bookings Support<\/p>\n
Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tMinimum of 2 years relevant experience, in a travel services\/call centre environment
\n\tHighly computer literate
\n\tAbove average Microsoft Excel skills
\n\tExcellent interpersonal skills
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\n\tStrong attention to detail
\n\tSelf-motivated
\n\tAbility to work under extreme pressure
\n\tAbility to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
\n\tGood administrative and planning skills
\n\tAbility to work independently, and as part of a team
\n\tCommitment to delivering service that exceeds our customer\u2019s expectations.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.<\/p>\n
