\tRigger\/ Ropes man\u2013 required qualification subject: N2 Mathematics, N2 Engineering Science, N2 Engineering Drawings, N2 Rigger Trade Theory.
\n\tNational Certificate Vocational (NCV) Engineering and related design with at least 40% for all subjects
\n\tOR Grade 12 \u2013 Mathematics, Physical Science, Drawings(engineering graphic design) relevant trade theory- with at least 40% for all subjects
\n\tMedically fit to work in the specific business area
\n\tClear security screening record.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license (if applicable)<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProgramme Objectives Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks. Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe. Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required.
\n\tSHE Adhere to all legal and safety requirements. Conduct all work according to the required standard, specifications, and training. Attend SHE meetings as and when required. Ensure that the prescribed safety equipment is worn and\/ or used. Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in \u201con the job\u201d risk assessment. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
\n\tReporting Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholder. Report all inconsistencies and obstacles. Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
\n\tStakeholder Relations Ensure effective team relationships and support. Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders within the business. Engage relevant stakeholders to gain the necessary business context. Support and promote a positive work environment.
\n\tPeople Adhere to all mining standards, procedures, and company policies. Assist and support team members in the completion of tasks. Ensure effective two-way communication between team members. Support and promote a positive work environment.
\n\tBuilding a values-based organizational culture Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organizational development plan. This support manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture assessment.
