What You Will Do<\/p>\n
\tIn-Store Excellence:\u00a0Take full ownership of your assigned stores, managing “shelf health” to ensure products are stocked, priced correctly, and look great.
\n\tDrive Sales:\u00a0Use your sales acumen to “drive sell-out,” proactively engaging customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
\n\tPromotional Lead:\u00a0Flawlessly implement in-store promotions and marketing strategies to capture customer attention.
\n\tExpert Advice:\u00a0Serve as a product expert, providing high-quality service and building lasting relationships with customers.
\n\tAdministration:\u00a0Efficiently manage store reporting, stock tracking, and general administrative tasks.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExperience:\u00a02\u20133 years of experience in Sales (Retail or Field Sales preferred).
\n\tEducation:\u00a0Matric or equivalent
\n\tSkills:\u00a0A strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent MS Office skills.
\n\tCommunication:\u00a0A friendly, professional communicator who thrives on interacting with people.<\/p>\n
