Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tProviding AWESOME customer service to give customer a WOW experience
\n\tAttend to unique and individual shopping needs of each customer and always put the Customer first
\n\tEnsuring that customers receive prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by telephone
\n\tAdhere to all basic customer service standards
\n\tDetermining customers’ requirements and advising on product range, price and warranties
\n\tDemonstrating, explaining and advising on products to customers
\n\tSelling goods and most importantly add on sales and services
\n\tEnsuring that goods are correctly priced and displayed
\n\tEnsure promotions are executed timeously and execution is planned in advance
\n\tAdherence to all merchandising\/layouts and housekeeping standards and schedules
\n\tPreparation, implementation and maintenance of all advertised sales promotions timeously
\n\tReporting on fast and slow sellers to the Store Manager
\n\tParticipating in stock takes and stock counts
\n\tMinimize stock loss
\n\tMinimize expenses in area of responsibility
\n\tMaximize sales in all areas
\n\tProtect Company\u2019s assets in area of responsibility<\/p>\n
Entry Requirement<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate
\n\t6 (six) months retail experience
\n\tMust have own or reliable transport to be able to work shifts<\/p>\n
General<\/p>\n
\tTo undertake any other relevant duties requested by Senior Management
\n\tTo undertake all mandatory and service training as required
\n\tMaintaining the strict confidentiality of all information
\n\tTo undertake an appraisal and personal development review regularly
\n\tTo take responsibility and accountability for being up to date with current SOP\u2019s
\n\tCo-operating fully in the introduction of any new technology and new methods.<\/p>\n
