Requirements<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate will have a Matric or equivalent with Mathematics and Science with 3 – 5 years of plant experience as a qualified Millwright, OR a N2 or equivalent with Mathematics and Science with 6 \u2013 8 years of plant experience as a qualified Millwright.
\n\tMust have a relevant trade test as a Millwright
\n\tExperience in a heavy industry will be beneficial.
\n\tMust have sound knowledge of planned maintenance principles
\n\tExperience in maintenance and repairs on pumps, hydraulic, pneumatic and grease systems
\n\tExperience with chain drives, drive shafts, fans, gearboxes and conveyor belt systems
\n\tKnowledge required of maintenance on electrical motors as well as overhead cranes.\u00a0
\n\tThe suitable candidate must be Computer literate
\n\tMaintain standards in the plant and adhere to all safety rules and procedures
\n\tPhysically fit, not afraid of heights or confined spaces
\n\tFlexible and willing to work overtime when required<\/p>\n
