Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma in a relevant field (Essential\/Minimum or)
\n\tN Diploma in Supply Chain Management (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tN4 Technical qualification (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tTrade: Artisan (Relevant), MQA\/QCTO Accreditation (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tCertificate in First Line Management (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tB Tech in a relevant field (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\t3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Maintenance environments (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tExperience in Reconditioning within Supply Chain and Maintenance areas is required
\n\tCompetence in SAP Position Specific Module (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tProficiency in MS Office relevant packages (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tValid Public Driver’s License, Code B (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tPsychometric Assessment (Essential\/Minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with legislation, safety standards, and company policies during reclamation and reconditioning processes.
\n\tIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
\n\tManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure business needs are met.
\n\tConduct inventory control and technical inspections in the Reclamation Yard to maintain up-to-date records and ensure safety.
\n\tManage the reconditioning requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective and timely repairs.
\n\tParticipate in the audit and improvement processes for reconditioning and reclamation activities.
\n\tFoster a strong team culture by adhering to performance management and promoting company values.
\n\tOversee the organisation and management of the auction process and other sales channels for redundant materials.
\n\tSupport and enable supply chain processes through effective use of systems infrastructure and technology.
\n\tPromote a culture focused on safety and healthy work environment through compliance with SHE policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
