Position Overview:\u00a0The purpose of the position is achieving sales targets and promote the Auto Pedigree brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record.\u00a0
\n\tRelevant industry experience \u2013 desirable.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA code 08 unendorsed driver\u2019s license and own transport\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tComputer literate\u00a0
\n\tSome understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry \u2013 an advantage.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of the areas\u2019 most spoken languages – an advantage.\u00a0
\n\tAn understanding of Auto Pedigree\u2019s products and services \u2013 desirable<\/p>\n
Important to note. The appointed person may be required to work weekends and shifts.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Outputs:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDaily, weekly and monthly management of sales.\u00a0
\n\tHave an understanding of vehicles by familiarising yourself with the characteristics, capabilities, and features.\u00a0
\n\tDeveloping the business to reach set sales targets for the month.\u00a0
\n\tDriving specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.\u00a0
\n\tAssists with the setup of the showroom and displays.\u00a0
\n\tAccompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices\u00a0
\n\tManaging customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.\u00a0
\n\tTotal commitment to achieve sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills.\u00a0
\n\tIdentifying and venturing into new revenue streams.\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided.\u00a0
\n\tNegotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tInterpersonal: Excellent communication (telephonic & face-to-face), negotiation and influencing skills.\u00a0

\n\tAbility to deal with diverse customers and cater for their unique needs.\u00a0
