Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Client Liaison & Communication<\/p>\n
\tManage student queries via IIE RC assist as an agent.
\n\tResolve or assist with queries or requests on IIE RC Assist.
\n\tSustain relationships with external service providers.
\n\tEscalate queries \/ requests within the campus communication.
\n\tprotocol and ensure effective information sharing \/ referral.
\n\tCapture and update student notes on SIS<\/p>\n
Academic Admissions and Delivery<\/p>\n
\tAttend and assist in departmental meetings.
\n\tProcess academic queries \/ requests to ensure timeous feedback; i.e. intercampus transfers, academic credits, subject rewrites, special assignment requests, results.
\n\tEnsure admission criteria requirements are met
\n\tReview Assessment Timetable in conjunction with Academic
\n\tOperations Officers.
\n\tAssist with physical exam scripts (courier and control for
\n\tretrieval and marking)<\/p>\n
Academic Administration<\/p>\n
\tManages the administration of student data on SIS.
\n\tManages deadlines for completion of data \/ spreadsheets for reports.
\n\tDocuments academic query \/ request processes and outcomes.
\n\tCompiles graduation lists in conjunction with Academic Operations Officers.
\n\tAssist campus management and National with graduation.
\n\tReviews assessment timetables in conjunction with Academic Operations Officer.
\n\tAllocate Lecturers and students to respective groups.
\n\tAssist with student and lecturer\u2019s orientation.
\n\tAssist with student letters
\n\tAssist the team during all Internal and external audits
\n\tComplete all operational administration duties \/ tasks as delegated by Managers.
\n\tManaged specific tasks as delegated by the manager<\/p>\n
Compliance \u2013 policy implementation<\/p>\n
\tReport deviations via academic query to the management.
\n\tGive input on the annual policy review process.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tQualifications: Advanced Certificate \/ Diploma \/ Occupational Certificate Level 6 (NQF Level 6)
\n\tExperience: Administration and customer services experience 2-3 Year(s)<\/p>\n
